About Fate: The Winx Saga

A live-action adaptation of Winx Club. It follows Bloom as she adjusts to life in the Otherworld, where she must learn to control her dangerous magical powers.

Fairies attend a magical boarding school in the Otherworld, where they must learn to master their magical powers while navigating love, rivalries and the monsters that threaten their very existence. Bloom, a fairy with fire powers, enrolls at a magical boarding school in the Otherworld called Alfea College. There, she shares a suite with Stella (a light fairy), Aisha (a water fairy), Terra (an earth fairy), and Musa (a mind fairy). With the help of her four new friends, Bloom starts to learn more about her past. Meanwhile, ancient creatures called the Burned Ones return to the Otherworld and threaten everyone at Alfea.

Main Characters:

Abigail Cowen as Bloom, a 16-year-old fire fairy who was raised on Earth by human parents. She is a first-year student at Alfea and Aisha’s roommate. She discovers that she is a changeling.

Hannah van der Westhuysen as Stella, a fashionable light fairy and the princess of Solaria. Unlike her suitemates, she is a second-year student.

Precious Mustapha as Aisha, an athletic water fairy. She is a first-year student and Bloom’s roommate.

Eliot Salt as Terra Harvey, an earth fairy and Sam’s sister. She is Flora’s cousin. She was raised at Alfea but has trouble connecting with her suitemates, especially her roommate Musa.

Elisha Applebaum as Musa, a mind fairy who feels other people’s emotions. She is a first-year student and Terra’s roommate.

Production has commenced on Fate: The Winx Saga Season 2 in County Wicklow, Ireland.

New cast members include Brandon Grace as Grey, Éanna Hardwicke as Sebastian and Paulina Chávez as Flora.

Returning cast members include Abigail Cowen as Bloom, Hannah van der Westhuysen as Stella, Precious Mustapha as Aisha, Eliot Salt as Terra, Elisha Applebaum as Musa, Sadie Soverall as Beatrix, Freddie Thorp as Riven, Danny Griffin as Sky, Theo Graham as Dane, Jacob Dudman as Sam, Ken Duken as Andreas and Rob James Collier as Silva.

Brian Young (The Vampire Diaries) will return as Showrunner and Executive Producer. Further Executive Producers include Judy Counihan and Kris Thykier from Archery Pictures (Riviera, The State) plus Joanne Lee and Cristiana Buzzelli from Rainbow.
